Well I got pain meds from my dentist last night.  Pretty much a combination of Tylenol and Vicodin.  It's helping to take the edge off, although it makes me pretty drowsy and a bit loopy.

Call me a heretic if you want, but it's how I really feel and I'm not going to sugarcoat it any longer.  I don't care if people tell me "Ha,  you're not a TRUE fan!"
